Welcome

Welcome to the first post on this journey of worldly discoveries! On this blog I hope to share the experiences I create as I travel near and far. My goal is to learn from some of the greatest mentors and teachers around the world about perspective and self-discovery. I aim to discover the mental foundations of motivation, success, and inspiration. I want to empower you through this self-discovery and strengthened willpower to achieve your wildest dreams on a daily basis.

Our journey begins with two simple words: I am. Each of us are creators of our own vision. The life we see before us: every relationship or physical object, we have attracted into our life. "I am" is a illusionary statement. You are characterized by your name, the actions you take, and the thoughts you think about yourself. If you think "I am fearful" you will become as you think. The goal here is to discovery that you are fearless. To do so is allowing life to flow through you, to embrace the good and the bad, and to learn to operate giving into the thought of "fear". Discovering the influence of "I am" in our own lives allows us to create an ideal identity for ourselves. Once we create a strong vision of who we want to be and the dream life we want to live, we can start the journey to achieving those goals.

This blog is both a formal and informal place to build off of each other. In "Writing is a Knowledge-Making Activity," Heidi Estrem discusses how writing is "a way (for writers) to generate knowledge that they didn't have before." I will be working through different concepts and paradigms to success, in all areas of life, and sharing them here. This blog will serve as a writing tool to generate new ideas about self-discovery as I speak to and learn from mentors who have been studying this information for years to decades. With the pen and paper of the internet as my tool, we will be able to collaborate through the beauty of writing on new ideas that will positively impact ourselves and the people around us.
